We are experimenting with letting some of our onions go to seed. Then we are going to pot them up and try to grow some onion sprouts to plant in the fall.
Weird, we are doing the same thing right now. I watched as this bundle of flowers, encased within this impossibly thin layer of skin, blew up into lots of tiny white flowers. Its awesome.
