I let some of my flowers go to seed last year. I'm expecting that I'll have a lot of chamomile plants this year. They are already starting to germinate. Fresh chamomile tea is so fabulous. My favorite way to drink it is with a little chocolate mint. Yum.
Oh, that's what I forgot to start this year! Dang it- I did this a few years ago and it was the best tea I've ever had!

ReplyDeleteyum! i agree daphne- fresh tea is fantastic and chocolate mint sounds so good- but we didn't have any this time.
